With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip H. Paul (Nashville, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Cole Burnett (Peggy); and his siblings, Frances Montgomery, Cecil Paul, Howard Paul, Roxy Virginia St Cyr, Jim Paul and Rachel Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Melonie Smith (Carlos) and Philip Jr. (Andrew Lee); his stepchildren, Rene Burnett Jacobs (Pete) and Scott Burnett (Veronica); his granddaughters, Chelsea Smith and Sydni Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Heather Barr Blankenship (Read) and Colt Burnett; and his goddaughter Lashawn Hall. He is also survived by many extended family members, his church family and many friends.
