Though Randall Allen may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Randall Allen leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hall and Wanda Vasser. He is survived by: his sister Glenda Hall; and his friends, Sara Linton-Harris and Clay Harris. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
