He is survived by: his wife Joyce Presley Sinner; his children, Holly Sinner and Matthew Sinner (Josie); his grandchildren, Zachary Sinner, Hayden Sinner and Ella Sinner; and his sister Nancy Warren. He is also survived by his family, friends.
