He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia O. Tackett and Lowell Tackett. He is survived by: his wife Antonia Tafoya Tackett of Antioch, TN; his son Richard Lowell Tackett of Nashville, TN.; and his brother Fred Tackett of Topanga, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
