He was predeceased by: his sister Sandy Mauk Adam (Robby). He is survived by: his wife Therese Plante; his daughter Tressa Mauk Buschert (Chad); and his brothers, Rick Mauk (Sam) and David Mauk (Sue).
A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint James the Less Episcopal Church (411 W Due West Ave, Madison, TN 37115). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
