He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Evans Smith; his sons, Robert Dudley Smith Jr. (Trish), Bradford Evans Smith and Randall B. Smith (Sonya); and his grandchildren, Lauren Rena Smith of Nashville, Lindsey Paige Smith of Nashville and Lexie Hamilton Awad (Kasem) of Nashville.
