He is survived by: his wife Gloria Evans; his children, Roger Evans Jr. and Donzaleigh Brooks (Charles); his brothers, Paul Evans (Willia) and Rufus Evans (Yvonne); and his grandchildren, Phillip Phifer, Ieshia Evans, Mya Jones, Isiah Upton, Kaia Upton, Kaleigh Upton and Charles (Shalynn Brooks). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren several cousins, nieces and nephews.
