He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Francis and Sarah Lane. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Francis; his children, Ronald E. Francis, Jr., Carrie Lynn Richardson, Stacy Renee Evans, Lee Angela James and Byron Edward Francis; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremiah, Kelley, Sarah, Justin, Taylor, Olivia, Amanda, Stephanie, Jessica, Emma, Christopher, Dylon and Hunter; and his brother-in-law Phillip Taylor (Tammy Meade). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
