He was predeceased by: his parents, David Rudolph Holt, Jr. and Juanita Holt; and his sister Brenda Inglis (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Holt; and his siblings, Linda Netherton (Virgil), Donna Holt and Kenneth Holt (Tamara).
