He was predeceased by: his mother Frances H. Bruce Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Murphy; and his siblings, Shirley Murphy, Barbara Murphy, Rebecca Murphy and Joseph Murphy. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (5101 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221).
