He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris King and Mary Lyn Smyth King; his brothers, Richard "Dickie" King and Steven "Steve" King; and his grandparents, C. D., Loretta Smyth, Lawrence and Pearl King.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristi King (Paul Hosford) of Puryear; his sibling's children, Derek King (Melina) of Paris, Joey King (Amanda) of McKenzie, Brandi Russell (T. K.) and Patsy Russell of Paris; his uncle Bobby King (Nancy) of Russell Springs, KY; his cousins, Alicia Pool Hughes, Terry Pool (Shawn) of Mississippi, Tracy Kilpatrick, Sherry King Mummert and Jill Ball; his great-nieces, Landrie and Allison King; his close friends, Jim and Jessie Daquilla; and his grandchildren, Aiva, Colton and Mack. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, great nieces, a great nephew, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the McEvoy Funeral Home (507 W Washington St, Paris, TN 38242). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
