Starkey (Sandi); her grandchildren, Stacey Mullens (Barry), Ryan Starkey (Liz), Jeremy Tyler (Kim), Justin Tyler, Jerin Tyler, Timothy Blanco, Shannon Blanco, Lindsey Brundirks (Brett), Ashley Hutchinson (Scott) and Matthew Starkey; and her siblings, Dorothy Ivey, Loretta Taylor, Judy Strayn, Ellean Rodgers, Mary Palmore, Jackie Palmore and Dennis Palmore. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
