It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Bishop Hagerty (Nashville, Tennessee), who passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bishop and Christian Bishop. She is survived by: her husband Bill Hagerty; her children, Bill (Chrissy), Michael (Robin) and Elizabeth; and her grandchildren, Grace, Michael Patrick, William, Stephen, Tara and Christine Hagerty.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Judes Hospital in her memory.
