He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Spivey Junior; and his stepfathers, Pedro Bell and John Haines. He is survived by: his mother Annette Haines; his wife Amy; and his children, Madelyn, Liam and Kylie. He is also survived by two grandsons, and many adored cousins, aunts, and uncles.
