He is survived by: his fiancée Christine Blakney; his sons, Shane Broadway and Travis Broadway; his fiancée's children, Thimothy Blankney, Kenly Blankney, Shamas "Lewis" Blakney and Matthew Ryan Blankney; his granddaughter Sophia Broadway; his mother Bonnie; his stepfather John; his brother Kevin Broadway (Dawn); his stepsiblings, Daniel, John Jr. and Rebecca; his niece Lacy Broadway; his nephews, Jonathan Braodway and Jonathan Slayton; and his close friend Renee.
