He is survived by: his children, Demiesha, Ziyan, Vshaunna, Shaunnia, Shaun Cook Jr. and Edward; his granddaughter Della; his girlfriend Laila; his father Robert Miller; his siblings, Adam Cook (Jessica Cook), Robert Jr., Edward, Brandon, Tracy and Maureen; and his niece Arin.
