She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Greer and Marie Greer; her husband Willie Downing; her son Andy Downing; her sister Patsy Greer; and her nieces, Gina Walker and Terry Biggs Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Sunny Showah (Jason), Mandy Beth Stewart (Tim), Lisa Carter and Nicky Weiss (Cindy); her grandchildren, Anna, Marlee, Jacob, Noah, Meagan (Kelvin), Morgan (JP) and Nikolas; her great grandchild Willow; her daughter-in-law Suzanne; her brothers, Wayne Greer (Maxie) and Ray Greer (Carol); her mother-in-law Margaret Downing; and her goddaughters, Vanessa Stickler and Shelley Morton. She is also survived by her family and close friends, took any child.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Harpeth Funeral Home (6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
