He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Abigail, Andrew, Bryson and Celo; his mother Emmarine Carter; his stepfather Robert Carter, Sr.; his grandmother Vera Phillips; his siblings, Janet Carter, Fred Carter and Robert Carter, Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, Joyce Weston (Charles), Patricia Weston, Leonard Parks (Brenda) and James Phillips. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
