He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Virginia Mayo and Thomas Mayo; his brother Carl Mayo; and his nephew Garrick Frakes. He is survived by: his girlfriend Joanna Goble; his children, Erin Mayo Ledbetter, Ashley Mayo Brannock and Stephen Tyler Mayo; his stepdaughter Lauren Goble; Mike Mayo (Francis) and Janice Frakes. He is also survived by grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
