She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Binns and Fayette Bardon Binns of Philadelphia, PA.. She is survived by: her children, Chandelle C. Binns of Nashville, TN and John J. Binns of Delray Beach, FL; her sister Bonnie B. Matthaeus of Wilmington, DE; her nephews, William J. Matthaeus of Co and Michael B. Matthaeus (Katie) of Glenwood, MD; and her great-nephew Hunter William.
