He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Anthony Breeden and Devin Selke. He is survived by: his parents, Gene Dickens and Dorothy Dickens; his daughters, Tamara Dickens and Robin Breeden (Michael); his grandchildren, John Selke, Brooklyn Selke, Eli Selke, Malachi Breeden and Michael Breeden, Jr.; his siblings, Kerry Dickens (Debra), David Dickens, Tina Calvo and Tammy Harmon (Chris); and his close friend James Reis.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home (509 N Walnut St, Springfield, TN 37172). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
