He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Dotson and Florence Dotson; and his siblings, Dennis Egnor, Joyce Simantel, Jan Oshel and Sue Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Vickers Dotson; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Andy Whisenant; his grandson Grayson Whisenant; and his siblings, Shannon Dotson, Boyce Dotson, Gary Dotson and Susie Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made for pancreatic cancer research in Terry's name to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN.org).
