He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin "Budgie" Hendrix and Mildred Hendrix; and his brother Teddy Hendrix. He is survived by: his children, Levi Hendrix (Sarah), Avery Hendrix and Hannah Hendrix (Donovan); his grandchildren, Elijah, Chloe, Cannon and Marshall; his siblings, Marsha Buchanan (Larry) and Tommy Hendrix (Roxanne); his former wife Kim Langford; his nephews, Kevin Buchanan (Laura), Brett Buchanan, Jackson, Benjamin, Maddie and Will; and his niece Ashley Holliday (Chuck).
