He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Taylor Murphy and Joyce Marie Belew; his sister Linda Mackey; and his daughter Callee Nicole. He is survived by: his wife Donna Reagan Murphy; and his brother Dale Murphy (Denise). He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
