He is survived by: his brother Elvis; his children, Tom Blackwell, Jr. and Monica Blackwell; his brothers, Charlie Blackwell, Donald Blackwell and Melvin Blackwell; his grandsons, Adam Blackwell and Brett Blackwell; his great grandchildren, Daisy and Niko; and his nieces and nephews, Sonja Blackwell, Kimberly Ghee, Cody Blackwell, Steve Blackwell, Ken Blackwell and Alan Blackwell.
