He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Brown; his daughter Emily Mangano (Matthew); his grandson Mason Mangano; his brother Orville Brown (Lydia); and his brother-in-law Lynn Mynatt (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Parkinson's disease profoundly shaped the final years of Tom's life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the Peterson Foundation for Parkinson's.
