With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Tate (Nashville, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Tate and Geneva Tate; and his brother John Tate (Faye). He is survived by: his wife Lou; his sister-in-law Faye Tate; his sibling's children, Lisa Walden (Jim), Lynne Hartsell (Larry) and Jason Tate (Aynsley); his stepchildren, Jim Jackson (Melanie), Elizabeth Foutch (David) and Steve Jackson (Lynley); and his grandchildren, Lanie Hoehn (Brandon), Hunter Jackson (Eloise), Haley Smith (Bryan), Coleman Jackson (Katelyn), Benjamin, Graham, Joseph and May Lee Jackson.
