She is survived by: her husband Thom Spitzer; her daughters, Ella Spitzer and Madison Spitzer; her granddaughter Zaria Kathleen; her mother Patti Parker of Nashville; and her brother Joshua Parker of Portland, OR. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers; memorial contributions be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
