She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blackie and Van Meter Blackie of Nashville, Tennessee.; her son Henry III; her husband James Cooke; and her brother William Blackie, Jr. (Linda).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Anne Cox Bailey; and her granddaughter Emily Bailey Lawrence (James). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
