With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Venable Lane Lewis III of Nashville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Venable Lane Lewis Jr. and Janet Rife Lewis; and his wife Marilyn Evans Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Venable Lane "Binks" Lewis IV (Laura) and Steven "Steve" Powers Lewis (Debbie); his sister Anne Jameson (Bill); his granddaughters, Stephanie Hayden (Justin), Lauren Lewis, Kathyrn Crump (Gary) and Kelsie Vo; and his great grandchildren, Macie, Grayson, Connor, Colton, Brooke and Quinn.
