He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Berry Johnson; his daughters, Courtney Johnson and Sarah Johnson Viscardi; his son-in-law Mike Viscardi; his grandchildren, Henry and Caroline Viscardi; his brother James Johnson; his sister-in-law Carol Johnson; and his sibling's children, Todd Johnson and Brittani Roberts.
