He is survived by: his wife Iva Gail (Lohden); his son Dr. William L. Crouch IV (Lisette); his grandchildren, Madelyn Teresa Crouch and William L. Crouch V.; his sister Sallie Colburn (Doug); his sister-in-law Carol Lohden Dillard (Mike); and his godsons, Nicholas Nelson and Wynn Poe Jr..
