He was predeceased by: his parents, James Johnson and Jannetta Johnson; and his siblings, Sherry Sheets, Karen Johnson, Larry Johnson and Robert Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Caudill (Lester) and Andrew Johnson (Brittany); his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Bryleigh Caudill; his sisters, Betty Johnson, Novella Pyle (Kevin) and Marilynn Young (Jerry); and his niece Pauletta Beeler (Jason).
