He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Simpson and Scenora Simpson. He is survived by: his siblings, Pauline Brock and Raleigh (Kristine Simpson); his wife Janie Simpson; his children, Malinda (Dwayne Holt), Verna Ball, Allison (Jason Murphy) and Willard (Brandy Ball); his grandchildren, Brandon Parsons, Hayley (Austin Neely), Aya Aghel, Sarah Ball, Ayman Aghel and Amani Aghel; and his child Rayceton Neely.
