He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Williams of New Tazewell, Tennessee. and Florene Williams of Tucson; and his siblings, Thomas Williams and Kathleen Neff. He is survived by : his wife Veda Woolley Williams; and his children, Kenneth Williams (Marcene), Gregory Williams (Michelle), Annette Dalton (Bary), Candace McCain (Aaron), Scott Williams (Shelly) and Mark Williams. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
