He is survived by: his children, Monta Lyons (Lisa), Michael Lyons (Jennifer), Vonda Lyons and Jamie Lyons; and his siblings, Lee Lyons (Carolyn), Juanita Rice, Geraldine Harrgette, Carolyn Foster, Freeda Mills (Conley) and Maire Long (Charlie). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
