He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Whitaker and Alfia Whitaker (England). He is survived by: his wife Mildred Whitaker (Earls); his children, Dustin Whitaker and Donna Sue Whitaker Riggs (Gary); his granddaughter Joslin Faith Turner; and his caregiver Danielle Greene.
