It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Thomas Louthan of New Tazewell, Tennessee, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Louthan and Reenie Louthan; his great grandchild Kason Cupp; and his siblings, Carlos Louthan, Nelda Loop, Edith Hall, Phyllis Sands and Linda Priest.

He is survived by : his son Douglas Louthan; his wife Ruth Louthan; his children, Tommy Louthan (Darlene), Tammy Louthan (Jerry Rouse), Kim Runions (Tim) and Julie Combs (Daniel); his grandchildren, Brittany Louthan, Trey Louthan, Rachel Rouse, Jacob Runions, Bailey Wilson, Thomas Combs and Noah Combs; his great grandchildren, Chloe Cupp, Caleb Cupp and Rylan; and his sister Julie Solomon of Knoxville.
