He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie J Duncan and Ruby Fern Duncan (Gunter). He is survived by: his wife Donna K. Adams; his children, Michael K. Duncan (Jessica) of Dyersburg, TN and Angela K. Taylor of Newbern, TN; his granddaughters, Lillian Kate Duncan and Madelyn Grace Taylor; and his sisters, Carole Robbins of Newburgh, IN and Donna Fish of Northbrook, IL..
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the McLeansboro First General Baptist Church (1007 S Jackson St, McLeansboro, IL 62859). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Billie's memory to the McLeansboro First General Baptist Church, 1007 S. Jackson St., McLeansboro, IL 62859 or can be sent to Campbell Funeral Home, 609 W. Main St, Carmi, IL 62821 who is assisting the family with arrangements.
