Carnell Medlock Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carnell Medlock of Newbern, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 16, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Carnell is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Carnell's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Perkey and Faye Lizzie Eason Perkey; her husband Tommy Orvil Medlock; her brothers, Conyard Perkey, Olen Perkey of Odis Perkey, B. F and O. C. Perkey; and her daughters-in-law, Betty Medlock and Rhonda Medlock.
She is survived by: her children, James Medlock (Debra) of Cincinnati, Rickey Medlock of St. Louis, Bobby Medlock of Maryland Heights, Missouri and Dorinda King (Daryl) of Newbern, Tennessee. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
