He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Permenter Hall of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his children, Jonathan Clayton Hall of Newbern, Tennessee and Brittany Franks (Zachary) of Humboldt, Tennessee; and his siblings, Carey Hall of Newbern, Tim Hall of Newbern, Tennessee, Robbie Allen (Roger) of Newbern, Carol Hall of Newbern, Becky Qualls (Donald) of Elbridge, Sarah Nale (Sam) of Dyersburg and Peggy Maynor (Kenneth) of Newbern. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren.
