He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dewitt Leach and Armenia Wamble Leach. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Boswell "Dottie" Leach of Newbern, Tennessee; and his sisters, Erma Jean Webb of Newbern and Alice Crouch Pledge (Lincoln) of Newbern. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be directed to the church of their choice.
