He is survived by: his daughters, Arianna Ellison (Richard) of Murray, KY and Allisyn Senner (David) of Liberty, TN; his siblings, Debbie Hughes and Jeffrey Dicus (Deanna); his stepmother Jane Dicus; Nathan Williams (Jenilee) and Christopher Painter (Jessica).
