Hendrix of Newbern, Tennessee; her daughter Karen Criswell (Don) of Newbern, Tennessee; her daughter-in-law Tammy Hendrix of Dickson; her grandchildren, Jason Ray (Leigh), Candice Hendrix, Holly Ray Smith (Justin), Zach Hendrix and Emilee Lucas (Peyton); her great grandchildren, Adreana Najera (Anthony), Caleigh Tipton (Briar), Caden Hardy (Olyvia), Luke Ray, Knox Smith, Cooper Smith, Emma Hardy, Charleigh Smith, Sadie Lucas, Lincoln Lucas and Sunny Ray; and her great great grandchildren, Isla Tipton, Oakley Tipton and Zypher Najera.
