He was predeceased by: his father Sam D. Rickman. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Cook Rickman Lawson of Newbern, Tennessee; his wife Wanda Hopper Rickman of Newbern, Tennessee; his son Brandon Rickman (Brandy) of Newbern, Tennessee; his siblings, James "Bo" Rickman (Denise) of Ridgely, Tennessee, Mary Ann Foggy (Larry) of Obion and Vicky Lynch of Dyersburg; and his granddaughter Ellie Claire Rickman.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northside Church of Jesus Christ. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
