She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee Douglas and Amanda Viola Williams Douglas; her husband David Crenshaw; her daughter Sandra Crenshaw; and her siblings, Robert Douglas, Marlin Douglas, Oliver Douglas, Melvin Douglas, Ursula Simmons, Irene Peace and Christene Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Crenshaw (Phyllis) of Newbern, Danny Crenshaw of Newbern, Theresa Harris (Gene) of Paris, Gloria Bell (Kenneth) of Newbern, Pamela Evans of Newbern, Donna Bryant of Newbern and Tammy Webb (Billy) of Ripley, Tennessee; and her sisters, Angelene Standridge of Paducah and Sylvia Rowsey of Dyersburg. She is also survived by "Grandma" to her twenty-six grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren and fifteen great-great grandchildren.
