She is survived by: her mother Jewell Nadine Lee Newhouse of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her children, Joshua Winstead of Newbern, Jeremy Winstead of Jackson, Tennessee and Kimberly Sipes (Chad) of Newbern; and her brothers, Jeffrey Newhouse of Houston, Robert Newhouse of Dyersburg and James Michael Newhouse (Millie) of Dresden.
