He is survived by: his children, Richard Earl "Richie" Weatherly, II of Newbern, William Douglas "Doug" Weatherly of Newbern, Tennessee and Lora Lane Fulbright (James) of Troy, Tennessee; his siblings, Ronnie Weatherly (Beverlee) of Newbern, Tennessee and Janice Pledge (Mark) of Newbern; and his brother-in-law Dave Carhart of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery - Newbern Email (416 Jefferson St, Newbern, TN 38059).
