He is survived by: his wife Carla Wright of Newbern, Tennessee; his children, Jackie Clutts of Newbern, Brittany Frank (Robert) of Newbern, Tennessee and James Robert of Newbern, Tennessee; his siblings, Harold Wright (Cindy) of Newbern, Tennessee and Vicki Nicks of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his niece Mary Ellen Wright of Newbern, Tennessee; his nephew Curtis Wright (Laken); his grandchildren, Seaton Clutts, Carter Frank and Oliver Frank; and his pet Little Bit.
