He was predeceased by: his parents, Farl B. Miller and Sally Thomas Miller; his daughter Allison Johnston; and his siblings, Don Miller, Walter Miller, Mae Ramey and Beulah Vaughan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller; his son David Miller (Sheila); his son-in-law Jason Johnston; and his grandchildren, Timothy Miller, Derrick Goins, Trevor Goins, Cheyenne Noe, Celestial Nulf, Centara Goette, Brinley Johnston, Emily Marlow and Erin Johnston. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
